Remembering Hal Justice... The Chesapeake Bay Chapter lost member Hal Justice on Tuesday, May 19. Hal joined our chapter in January 2007, and during that short time proved to be both a good friend and supporter, especially of our annual Antique & Classic Boat Festival. Visitors in recent years have had a chance to see the 16' 1946 Chris-Craft Rocket, "Jamid", that Hal personally restored. Those of us who work "behind the scenes" at the Festival also remember how much he enjoyed this summer event along with his eagerness to lend a hand, particularly with the installation of the floating docks that we bring in to accommodate the many boats that participate in this event.
MEMORIAL SERVICE INFORMATION:
Hal donated his body to science, so instead of a viewing or funeral there will be a visitation with family & friends next Wednesday, May 27 at 6PM, followed by a service at 7 PM.
Location:
