CBC Activities at the 2009 Christmas in St. Michaels![]() If you've attended before you know it's special--and if you haven't, then you must come!
This will be the 23rd year for this popular and important community event. Proceeds from the Christmas in St Michaels house-tour tickets, black-tie gala, and Breakfast with Santa, along with sales of a popular collector's ornament, directly benefit local non-profit organizations. On Saturday morning our Chesapeake Bay Chapter will have some members' boats in the Talbot Street parade, which kicks off at 10:30 AM. On Saturday & Sunday we'll also have a selection of antique/classic boats & motors on display in a heated tent on the grounds of the Chesapeake Bay Maritime Museum, so be sure to stop by and visit.
And here's a money-saving tip: Each ticket you purchase for the Tour of Homes also admits you to the Chesapeake Bay Maritime Museum both Saturday and Sunday.
Ebby duPont recently orchestrated our first photo calendar with pics taken at our 2009 boat festival last June. Copies will be available for sale at $12.99 each at two locations: in our tent at the Maritime Museum and at the Chesapeake Bay Outfitters store at 100 Talbot Street. It makes a great gift for the antiqueboat enthusiast on your holiday list. Speaking of gifts, consider buying a gift membership to our chapter. For more information stop by our tent or contact
